Agile Methodology -3

Hi all I am here again with some of the important points regarding agile methodology. Actually agile in practice is very hard. First we need to understand the outcomes of the project. Secondly we need to analyse the inputs which are our requirements. Thirdly and most important in agile methodology is to understand the user. What user expects matters to us. Fourth is the management of project metrics. This helps us in measuring the outcome of the project and lets us know the time lines. Fifth is testing and validation which is done frequently. Sixth is to plan and experiment the process. In coming blog we will see why we need Agile methodology. Thanks for your time ....

Agile Methodology - 2

Hi all I am back with some more points regarding agile methodology. The necessary things required for agile methodology are as follows: User stories  Daily stand up meetings  Burnt down charts  Kannan board  Markers  After detailing user stories we discuss about the priorities for each iteration then develop the story then validate it. This is the cycle we follow in agile methodology. In daily stand up meetings the things like what we accomplished yesterday, what we accomplish today and what will be our future action. Ofcourse any obstacles we may come across will be discussed. Burnt down charts display the effort vs time for a fortnight. Kanban board has details of tasks we accomplish daily and week ahead. Of course markers are used to highlight any important tasks or any other pre requisite. In coming blog will discuss about the best practices we follow in agile methodology. Hope this will add more to your knowledge... Thank you for your time...

Agile Methodology

Hi all. ..This is my first blog with respect to Agile Specialisation. Agile methodology is a process with comprehensive documentation by following a plan using process tools for a contract negotiation. There will be small teams working with design sprints. Different types of agile methodology are there. Agile for Managers and Agile for Specialists. Project Managers and Product Managers come under first category and Engineers and Support staff come under second category. Now we look into daily practice of Agile. Daily startup meetings in which we discuss about backlogs with burnt down charts and of course best practices. Hope this small blog helps you to understand what an agile methodology is in brief. Will be back with lot more  detail in coming blogs. Thank you for your valuable time reading this.....
